Dr Adam Fraser is one of Australia's foremost experts in the area of amplifying workplace performance; in fact he is obsessed with it! He has spent the last 13 years focusing on improving people's physical and mental performance.

 

In this time he has worked with individuals from all walks of life, ranging from athletes at the Australian Institute of Sport to company executives. Possessing a PhD in the area means that Adam is a true expert and his strong scientific grounding ensures that his work is practical, evidence based and always on the cutting edge. In fact his concepts and research are so innovative and ground breaking that he has spoken internationally on the subject. In addition Adam writes for a number of magazines including Men's Style, he is a regular radio presenter, including ABC 702 and is a regular presenter on TV including Seven's Sunrise program. Adam’s exercise training business “the energy factory” which focuses on improving people’s energy levels and well being has trained celebrity clients such as “Guy Sebastian” and “Tammin Sursok”.

 

Dr Adam is simple guy! In fact he is so simple that he has an amazing ability to take a complex message or situation and make it easy. This skill has come from his days as a scientist, where he had to take complicated scientific research and transform it into a form that everyone can understand. He now uses this skill to show people how to have a life of EASE.

 

Dr Adam’s key message is that we have the choice to have ease or friction in our life. Many of us make life more difficult than it needs to be by having habits that cause friction and complexity in our life. Ease equals performance! Friction equals burn out! When we introduce ease we remove the friction and difficulty from our life and enter a life of ease.
