When Bob Pritchard left Australia in 1987 to take up the marketing role at the Los Angeles Raiders Football Team, he had already held the cream of marketing jobs in Australia.  As Marketing Manager for Kerry Packer’s PBL, he had been responsible for World Series Cricket, Skins Golf, the inaugural Formula One as well as marketing and promotional campaigns for nearly all of Australia’s top companies.  To top it off, he took the Sydney Swans private and became CEO of the publicly listed company as well as playing a major role in the establishment of the Sydney Kings Basketball Team.
