Following an 18 year, corporate management career based in Sydney, Carren made the move to Sunny Queensland in 2003, where she began working with local businesses and one of Australasia’s largest franchise organizations in Real Estate.
Recognising the need for operational and strategic intelligence within the Real Estate industry and business in general, Carren established The Consulting Agency, a business with a mission to inject energy, professionalism, technique and results into businesses and individuals alike.
Through working with numerous well known Companies, Carren has developed relevant tools for delivering success which include training, leadership technology, negotiation, recruitment strategies, profitability and productivity enhancement techniques.
Carren is an acclaimed expert in the Psychology of success and leadership. Described as “leading the way and hard driving toward inventive solutions for professional development”, she is untiring and inspiring in her approach toward business and people and the methods required to create powerful outcomes.
Carren is a survivor of the Bali Bombing and has faced many challenges which include the suicide of her De Facto, the 2004 Tsunami, her own personal battles, and significant other losses in her life. With a natural compassion and comprehension of the value of time, creation and life, Carren’s training and consulting is charged with passion, credibility and a deep and genuine interest in supporting extraordinary achievements for people.
Today, Carren is the CEO of Quantum Leadership Group and delivers results and lasting change for organisations and individuals that want to produce break through performance and results in both professional and personal contexts.
