Can I Have Your Autograph?
Clinching a sale can be hard work. You can spend a lot of time and energy promoting your product or service and addressing your clients’ objections. Before long it appears the client has finally come round and is ready to do business with you. You know in your mind this product or service is definitely what they need and want. Now all you have to do is clinch the deal by asking them to sign their name on the dotted line. But then they say NO! You are shocked and devastated. Where did you go wrong?
When your asking for someone’s autograph you need to consider that there are five types of buyers. I call them “FANS”, and each of them can be sold to if you know how.
1. Impulse Buyers: They purchase on impulse. They believe and live for the moment. Never oversell your product to these buyers.
2. Emotional Buyers: These buyers are emotional. They want to feel important. They want to feel like they are a part of your life and that you consider them as equal partners in this journey.
3. Debaters: Give this buyer a platform and they would talk all day. They know more about the product than you do. They do their homework and are ready to debate every aspect of the feature and process. They are always thinking about the bigger picture.
4. Unemotional Buyers: This buyer will never let you know how close or far you are from sealing the deal. They show no emotion or feeling during the sales process. They are very patient and methodical in gathering information.
5. Indifferent Buyers: To put it simply they will only buy if you sell yourself to them. You need deliver the “WOW” factor.
This presentation is ideal for any business involved in selling products and services. “Can I have your autograph?” is a 2 hour presentation.
Coaching Champions in the 21st Century
Regardless of the field or level of business that you compete in, great leadership will always give you an edge over your competitors. The key to good leadership is learning how to influence your team’s behaviour and mindset, and cementing their commitment to you and the business. To do this, you, as their manager, team leader, CEO, or coach, must fulfil their key individual needs.
Your team’s key needs are:
1. The need to feel like a winner.
2. The need for respect and approval.
3. The need for certainty.
4. The need to feel like they are a part of the solution and not the problem!
Learn to be the best leader you can be today.
This presentation is an ideal addition for manager retreats, and any leadership training. “Coaching Champions in the 21st Century” is a 1 hour presentation.

Pursue Your Purpose... The Six “P” Principals
So many people talk about becoming successful. They want it all – fame, fortune, to make a difference – but it all comes with a price. To be successful you need to be dedicated, work hard and make sacrifices. It can be hard to stay focused, but there are 6 P’s that I believe can keep you balanced, driven and focused:
1. Plan
2. Pride
3. Passion
4. Persistence
5. Practice
6. Philanthropy
If you include these P’s in your daily routine, it might just be enough to keep you on the road to your ultimate goal.
This presentation is perfect for anyone with goals, dreams, aspirations and the need to accomplish something great in their lives. “Pursue your purpose…The P Principles” is a 1 hour presentation.
You, Me and Your Teens
As a busy parent, you don’t seem to have much time to deal with issues like your health, fitness, diet, or enjoying some personal time.
Then there is the frustrating world of teenagers to worry about. Even though they never clean their room or wash the dishes or get off the phone, we still love them. However, understanding them and the world they live in can be difficult and sometimes it can cause anger, stress and worry. But what if there was a way to bridge the gap to make your home a little more peaceful and relaxing. Wouldn’t you like to understand your teen more and help them to understand and appreciate you more?
Well how about You, Me, and your Teen hang out for a couple hours one evening after work. Let’s have some fun and bridge the gap between your world and theirs. We can face issues like peer pressure, self esteem, drugs and alcohol, bullying and other teen issues together. We can find out how you can be included in the inner circle and learn about the early signs of drug use, and depression.
Unfortunately Australia has the highest rate of teen suicide in the world – so don’t leave it too late or think it can’t happen to you and your family. Act now to make you and your families lives happy and healthy.
This presentation is great to reduce the stress in your family life and help boost your productivity at work. “You, Me and Your Teens” runs for 2 hours.
Stress Buster in the E-Zone
One of the main reasons for lack of productivity in the workplace is STRESS. Stress comes from knowing what is right but doing it wrong!
To de-stress let’s get out of the office, put on our casual clothes and running shoes and meet at my office – the local indoor basketball court. We’ll hit the court and apply some fun and energy to all your organisations values, goal, and mission statements. This half day activity will get rid of that feeling of boredom and staleness that can creep into any organisation. So be prepared for some serious FUN!
This presentation will also teach you how to induce endorphins and serotonin into the brain. These two chemicals are primarily responsible for fighting cancer causing toxins in the blood, but they are also great for stimulating the brain and helping with concentration, feelings of self worth and a good work ethic.
This presentation is a great way to give your workplace the boost it needs. “Stress buster in the E-Zone” is a half day presentation.
Education, Effort, Energy… Get in the E-zone!!
Getting your team activated doesn’t have to mean organising a formal or complex presentation. As a speaker, my diverse skills and motivational presentations can be delivered in many different forms. In fact I enjoy the interaction that a small group discussion and workshop offers.
The following presentation styles allow people to be more involved, less threatened and to take greater ownership of the program. These programs are designed to help staff grow in stature and confidence, and motivate them to achieve better results.
Lunch and Learn is a fantastic way to communicate topics in a relaxed environment over lunch with a group discussing desired topics, allowing time for questions. This is a great rapport builder.
Workshops and Brainstorming will bring the individuals into the heart of the discussion. Staff will be encouraged and feel comfortable to contribute. This forum is a terrific way for staff to leave feeling valued as an integral member of the team.
Larger Group Forums offer the value of everyone hearing the same message at the same time. Vision, motivation, inspiration are dynamically communicated from this platform. Organizational pride and a sense of belonging can often be better imparted to a larger audience. Everyone desires to be part of something bigger than themselves.
Family Sessions are an awesome way for the company to actively demonstrate their level of care. Inviting family members, particularly teens to hear the anti drug and alcohol message presented positively. The passion to see families strong and united to fight this destructive problem can and should be shared.
