Kelley has enjoyed a career in hospitality spanning over 23 years.

During this time Kelley has worked in various aspects of the hospitality incorporating corporate & leisure travel, evaluation of systems & process, training, sales, quality control and delivery of solution based strategies to businesses.
 
Kelley has also represented the Hospitality Industry body speaking through organizations such as BTTB and NBTA.
 
Kelley’s success is driven by her style of leadership, motivation & training of others, sales negotiations & most importantly customer service.
 
Kelley has held senior positions with several well known hospitality organisations including, Thomas Cook, American Express, Carlson Wagonlit, Sabre, Raddisson Hotels & Resorts, Toga Hospitality and Stamford Hotels. In addition, she has completed a diploma in Social Work and engaged in development of adolescents with drug and alcohol addictions, supported accommodation and life skills training including young adults with aspergers syndrome.
 
She is at her best when working with others in areas of motivation, collaboration, understanding personal values and appropriate leadership styles. With a wealth of experience, a wide network of contacts and a passionate focus on Customer Service and Quality, Kelley delivers what she promises with great enthusiasm and a sense of humour.
