In 2003, Maria Carlton was named one of the worlds top 50 business mentors by a USA based publishing company.  She has since written best selling books, and been an invited contributor to a major marketing and promotional magazine in the USA, and the only Kiwi to ever be invited to present at the Advertising Speciality Institute (USA). In NZ, Maria was named Author of the Year for 2004 by the National Speakers Association of New Zealand (Auckland).   A prolific author, Maria has written and co-authored five books, including The Power of Promotional Products – which is entering it’s 4th print run, and is a recognised industry best seller in the USA.  Her own business history includes nearly 20 years self employed in marketing retail businesses, she is a graduate of Coach University and has worked extensively as a coach, consultant, mentor and trainer for a variety of top SME businesses since selling her award winning promotional marketing company in 2001.   What she achieves for others is where her passion and enthusiasm lies, such as clients consistently winning top national awards, being featured on national business news TV shows, and in major business newspapers and magazines.
