Paul Tonich
Principle Force First National & Director Paul Tonich Seminars

Paul Tonich is one of the three founding principals of Force First National, one of Western Australia's most successful Real Estate Offices. His business currently employs over 40 staff across 2 offices and has achieved some of the highest awards the industry has to offer across Australia.

Growing up Paul actively worked in the family businesses, acquiring sales, customer service and business management skills at a very early age. During his ten years with the WA Police Service Paul also developed specialist skills in high level investigations through his work as a detective and police negotiator.

Soon after leaving the WA Police Service, Paul began a career in Real Estate Sales. With no formal business training, but a determination to succeed, Paul set out to meet and study some of Australia's most successful business people. Paul is the first to confess that his phenomenal success in business and sales is largely the result of learning from the successes and mistakes of others. His willingness to embrace change and technology and his unconventional approach to building and managing teams has given him a significant edge over his competitors - enabling him to bring in annual gross commission in excess of $1.6million per year whilst spending more time enjoying his family and personal pursuits.

Achieving the goals Paul sets for himself would not be possible without a great support team and Paul has six personal assistants who all help to create and maintain the business.

Paul has found a real passion for training others and sharing his knowledge and experience with people who are interested in reaching their potential both professionally and personally. This passion has led Paul to join forces with his business partner and sister Amanda Morgan to form Morton Learning Enterprises - a management training company catering for the professional development needs of corporate and real estate clients.
