Mr. Rhicke S. Jennings is the Managing Director of FedEx Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands, and also serves as a Director for Australian Conference of Asia-Pacific Express Carriers, an organization made up of DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS. Reporting directly the Vice President of FedEx South Asia Pacific, Mr. David J. Ross, an Australian, Jennings is charged with the responsibility of developing and executing the corporate strategies and operations in Australia and New Zealand, which is part of the FedEx Asia Pacific Division.

He is based in Sydney, Australia. With 15 years of experience at FedEx, Mr. Jennings has a strong planning and operations background and an extensive working knowledge of Asia. He has served in a variety of key management positions within the company, including roles in the United States, Singapore, Japan, Belgium and Thailand. Prior to joining FedEx Australia and New Zealand, Mr. Jennings was the Managing Director of FedEx Thailand, Philippines and Indochina region. Under his leadership, FedEx Thailand was recognized as the Best Employer in Thailand, receiving the Hewitt Best Employer Award. Upon leaving Thailand, Mr. Jennings had steered the FedEx Thailand operations to become the clear market leader.

Mr. Jennings began his career at FedEx within the finance sector. Before moving into operations, Mr. Jennings was the Managing Director, Financial Planning for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, based in Brussels, Belgium. He also had finance management assignments as FedEx's North Pacific Region Senior Manager, based in Tokyo, and Finance Manager of the company's South Pacific Region, based in Singapore. No stranger to Asia, Mr. Jennings completed his high school education in Thailand, at the International School of Bangkok, before going on to his university studies in France and Hawaii. Mr. Jennings holds the Masters of Business Administration degree from the Chaminade University of Honolulu.

Mr. Jennings is a Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and an avid yoga practitioner. He is a board member of Astara Angels, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of children in India. He is also a program leader for Landmark Education. He is a single parent and lives with his two children in Sydney. Mr. Jennings was born in the State of Virginia in the U.S.A.
