Alan is a highly creative, humorous speaker and trainer who involves everyone in his audiences while they increase their skills as creative thinkers, leaders, communicators, team leaders and members.    He holds 5 diverse degrees (Ph.D., M.Ed., 2 MA and a B.S.) and nearly finished 4 others during his 45 years of working at 47 different jobs (one day to 20+ years) in 7 fields before creating his 8th...creative thinking consulting.  Among his jobs has been a television news writer and editor, freelance writer, cartoonist, a licensed architect, interior designer, graphics and signage designer, college professor of design, a professional speaker and consultant and even a janitor.   Over the past 25+ years he has been speaking and training throughout the US and around the world having taken 5 trips completely around the world to connect creativity consultants and organizations to continue his mission to S.P.R.E.A.D. Cre8ng and Creative Thinking Throughout Entire Organizations from the front door to the executive floor, totalling 63 countries to date.
