We are offering an online survey (no charge) and assessment of sales teams for companies with 8 or more sales staff. The survey seeks feedback on The Attributes of Highly Successful Sales People. The results will provide clear direction on what makes some professionals consistently successful in sales, in other words, what do they do that others don't? We will measure and identify strengths and attributes in 3 key areas:
1. Personality Type - their natural strengths, values, needs and motivators
2. Emotional Resilience - their ability to handle challenging situations and setbacks.
3. Sales Skills - their ability to work within the framework of a buyers natural process and close.
