Femme Fatal (French Cabaret Show)
Linda Barcan is sought after as a performer of French repertoire on the Australian and international stages. Her special love of French song took her to France on scholarship to study classical and cabaret repertoire.
She has performed in France, New Caledonia, and Australia-wide in hundreds of concert performances for cabaret venues, festivals and diplomatic, charity and corporate events.
Linda's Femme Fatale cabaret show, a celebration of French music, showcases the lives, loves and music of popular French singers of the past. The show features melodies made famous by French artists whose legacy has endured into the 21st century: Edith Piaf, Yves Montand, Lucienne Boyer, Charles Aznavour and many more. Imagine your venue transformed into a Parisian left-bank bar: you can almost smell the Gauloise and taste the Pernod as Linda transports you to another era, to a time of torch songs and tangos, breathing new life into such well-loved classics as "La Vie en Rose" and "Non je ne regrette rien"!
The show comes with a variety of options for performances - Linda with backing tracks only, Linda with pianist Glenn Amer, Linda with piano acordianist Enzo Toppano or for ultimate French theme or Parisian experience - Linda with pianist Glenn Amer and piano accordainist Enzo Toppano.
